Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I export my journal entries?
A: Go to Settings > Data Management > Export Data. You can export your entries as a PDF or text file.
Q: Is my data secure and private?
A: Yes! All your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal journal entries with third parties. Read our

Q: Why isn't the AI providing insights?
A: AI insights require an internet connection. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
Q: Can I use Wishful offline?
A: You can write and save journal entries offline, but AI features require an internet connection to function.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. Make sure to export any entries you want to keep first.
Q: Can I sync across multiple devices?
A: Account sync is available with a premium subscription. Create an account and enable sync in Settings > Account > Sync Settings.
